All Classes, Super Classes and Ultra Classes

Updated · Classes

Quick answer

There are 6 starting classes — Warrior, Thief, Mage, Fist, Bard and Archer — plus the new Spear. Each class picks one of 3 Super classes at the Trainer's Shrine in Act 2 (the choice is permanent), and each Super can later awaken into one Ultra class with its matching Sigil.

The 7 classes at a glance

Class Weapon Role Passive / signature
Warrior Sword Tank, front line — highest HP and defense Reinforced: +50% defense against the first direct hit of each fight; has Taunt
Thief Dagger Speed, crits and dodge — lowest HP —
Mage Staff Highest spell damage, learns spells from scrolls — most fragile Mage Barrier (one source)
Fist Fists Multi-hit combos (Flurry hits 4 times) Iron Fists skill at level 3
Bard Lute Healer / support Encore: healing hits refund 1 Energy
Archer Bow Ranged, high attack and crit Power Shot ignores 30% of defense
Spear Spear New (Oct 19–20). Between single-target damage and support See the Spear guide

Super classes and their Ultra evolutions

Each class picks one Super class at the Trainer’s Shrine (Act 2). You get the first Super move right away, the second at hero level 10 and the third at level 14. Later, the Super’s own Sigil awakens it into the Ultra class on the right — how to get an Ultra class.

Class Super → Ultra Super → Ultra Super → Ultra
Warrior Berserk → Bloodreaver Sentinel → Aegis Greatsword → Worldcleaver
Thief Rogue → Shadowbroker Assassin → Reaper Beast Tamer → Beastlord
Mage Cleric → Seraph Hexer → Doomcaller Summoner → Archon
Fist Monk → Transcendent Brawler → Undisputed Oni → Shura
Bard Minstrel → Songweaver Siren → Banshee Pianist → Virtuoso
Archer Ranger → Stormhawk Deadeye → Godshot Corsair → Dread Captain
Spear Halberdier → Warbringer Valkyrie → Valhalla Dragoon → Dragonlord

Name differences you’ll see on other sites: Roonby writes some names as two words (World Cleaver, Doom Caller, Storm Hawk) and calls Bloodreaver “Blood Reaper”; Fandom writes “Dragon Lord”. Cleric’s Ultra is Seraph — “Seraph’s Oath” is a weapon, not the class. The Spear lines come from a single detailed source (Gamezebo) and may still change.

Can you change class?

No — not on the same character. Your starting class and your Super pick are both permanent. To try another class you need a new character:

Because of this, pick your Super class with care — compare them on the tier list first.

FAQ

How many classes are in Pixel Lineage?

Six starting classes (Warrior, Thief, Mage, Fist, Bard, Archer) plus Spear, added in the Oct 19–20 update. Each has 3 Super classes and each Super has one Ultra class.

Can you change your class in Pixel Lineage?

Not on the same character — your class and your Super class are permanent. To play another class you start a new character: buy an extra save slot (100 Robux) or lose all 3 lives on the current one.

When do you get a Super class?

After you beat the floor 10 boss of Act 1 (Sunmeadow Wilds) and enter The Dungeon (Act 2). Pick the Trainer's Shrine card when it appears on your route.
